KCC General Catalogs

In 1957 Kapiolani Technical School was formed from three separate occupational programs under the Department of Education. In 1964, the State Legislature established the Community College system under the University of Hawaii, and Kapiolani Technical School was one of four technical schools transferred to the University of Hawaii Community College System. On July 1, 1966, Kapiolani Technical School officially changed its name to Kapiolani Community College. Kapiolani Community College's first general catalog was published in Fall of 1966, when the campus was still situated on the corner of Kapiolani Boulevard and Pensacola Avenue. The general catalog describes the mission and purpose of the college, discusses entry and degree requirements, and lists the programs and courses offered by the college.

This collection comprises all the catalogs published since 1966 and will continue to grow as more current catalogs are added. These files are in PDF format and can be read with the free Acrobat Reader. They are optimized for faster download and are searchable within the document.
