All KCC students, distance learners, faculty and staff are eligible for library services. To use them, you must obtain a Kapi'olani Community College ID Card, which enables you to check out books, use reserve materials, print and copy in the Library and computer labs, and search online databases from your off-campus home or office.

Students must validate their ID every semester. Non-credit students, emergency hires, casual hires, lecturers and visiting colleagues must renew their ID before the expiration date.

Register your card with the Library online or at the Circulation Counter. Registration with the Library is required for access to restricted online library resources. Allow 3 business days after online registration before access is ready.

Lost KCC ID Cards

Eligible students will be issued their first KCC ID card at no charge. Replacements for lost cards carry a charge of $5.00.
